Migration Version Panel Properties

The Migration Version panel displays the Unified ICM/CCE release you are migrating from/to upgrading an Unified ICM/CCE 11.0(x) and above database to Unified ICM/CCE 12.0(1).

After all wizard panels are filled, EDMT retrieves the database version from the source database, and compares it to the schema versions for the Unified ICM releases supported for conversion. If the version detected is supported, the upgrade process continues.

If the schema version detected is not supported, an error message is displayed and the upgrade process does not continue. You must navigate back and select a database with the appropriate schema, or exit the program to terminate.

EDMT detects databases using the following patterns: where "xxxxx" can be from two to five alphanumeric characters and the case of the name should be as described.
